Parents are Our Partners is an ongoing series hosted by the School District of Philadelphia, Office of Parent, Family, Community Engagement and Faith-Based Partnerships. The show emphasizes the importance of parental participation in schools and district. Of equal magnitude are the support structures that communities must establish to ensure the successes of their schools. The show highlights the many initiatives taken to provide resources to parent and community so that parents maintain equal partnership with their children’s schools and communities are engaged in education.

However, this two-parent, nuclear family has become less prevalent, and alternative family forms have become more common. The family is created at birth and establishes ties across generations. Those generations, the extended family of aunts, uncles, grandparents, and cousins, can hold significant emotional and economic roles for the nuclear family. Over time, the traditional structure has had to adapt to very influential changes, including divorce and the introduction of single-parent families, teenage pregnancy and unwed mothers, homosexuality and same-sex marriage, and increased interest in adoption. Social movements such as the feminist movement and the stay-at-home dad have contributed to the creation of alternative family forms, generating new controversy and concern for the American family. The nuclear family is considered the “traditional” family. The nuclear family consists of a mother, father, and the children. The two-parent, nuclear family has become less prevalent, and alternative family forms have become more common. The story is as Biswarup Mukherjee a boy in his teens loved to dream about an extra terrestrial creature. His father scientist Avirup Mukherkee after his long and continuous effort successfully able to connect with them and Biswarup used called that creature “Friend.” Ranju da and Sanju da a helpful neighbor of Avirup also cooperated and gave them a good support regarding there security and support. Some of the colleagues of Avirup tried a lot to spoil the experiment but strong determination and family support helped him to get the success. Later Avirup was kidnapped and few antisocial forced him to sell his product to some underworld people. The kingpin of the group was no one other that Avirup’s boss Professor Brajamohan. In such situation, “Friend” became active and destroyed the evil and saved Avirup and his family.
