If it had only been a single incident, Jim Mann might not have gone to see his doctor. When a series of strange events happened within one month of each other, he knew something was wrong. Because of his age Jim didnt expect to be presented with a diagnosis of Alzheimers disease, but being only 58 years old people did not believe him; they said he was too young. He now says that finding out was the best thing he could have done; that the knowledge has allowed him to fight the progression of the disease.
